Description
Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
The ILO seeks an experienced External Collaborator to support the preparation, facilitation and follow-up of a two-day Multi-Stakeholder Roundtable on Progressive Wage Enhancement in Assam’s Tea Sector: Exploring Viable, Phased Pathways towards Living Wages. The assignment comprises 10 working days, covering preparation and planning; in-person moderation of the two-day roundtable; consolidation of session outputs and preparation of a roundtable summary; and contribution to a zero draft of a potential longer-term roadmap. The External Collaborator will refine the agenda and facilitation approach in consultation with the ILO, facilitate plenary, panel and group discussions, encourage balanced and constructive stakeholder participation, and support the identification of potential pathways for progressive wage enhancement, priorities for further analysis and collaboration, evidence gaps, and possible next steps. Following the roundtable, the External Collaborator will document key findings, areas of convergence and divergence, and agreed next steps, and contribute to a zero draft of the roadmap reflecting emerging priorities, potential actions and areas requiring further analysis or consultation.
Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.
Thank you.
