RFQ - SMD Screen on rental basis in Quetta on 17 to 20 November

Dear Supplier, The International Labour Organization (ILO) requires an SMD screen measuring 10 ft. x 16 ft., along with a sound system, on a rental basis for a four-day event scheduled to be held from 17 to 20 November 2026 at Qila Saifullah Hall, Quetta Serena Hotel, Quetta. The screen and sound system must be fully installed, tested, and ready for use by 08:30 hrs on 17 November 2026. The supplier will also be required to provide on-site technical support throughout all four days of the event to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the equipment. The transportation of the equipment to and from the hotel, including all associated costs, shall be the responsibility of the supplier. Interested suppliers are requested to submit their quotations, offering competitive ONE PRICE for the complete package, including: 1. Rental charges for the SMD screen and sound system for four days. 2. Installation, testing, and dismantling charges. 3. On-site technical support for all four days. 4.
