This LTB will be established LTA for 11 IG products for China Office

Dear Madam/Sir,

Greetings from UNICEF China Office.

Our office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Invitation to Bid.  Please see attached tender document, technical proposal template and price proposal templates.

Bids must be received by latest o 19 November 2026, 10:20am (Beijing time).  bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

Bidders are requested to send an electronic copy of proposals by email as signed PDF documents to chinabid@unicef.org with tender reference in the email suject line: LITB-2026-9206998.

Important Notes:

1. please note that this tender is only open for the local suppliers/companies which are legally regiseteed with the Government of China.  Applilcations of companies which do not have legal presence in China will be disqualified.

2. please send two separate emails: one for the technical evaluation sheet and one for commercial evaluation sheet

3. Page 3-5 of the tender document must be submitted with a company stamp

4. samples are not requested at this stage.  only shortlised bidders will be requested to make a set of samples ready in their premises and may be asked to deliver samples to Beijing.  All related costs will be borne by the bidders.

A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held via Teams for interested bidders at 2:30pm on 11 Novemer 2026
