Description

The UNHCR PSP team in the Benelux is currently looking to identify several (2-3) competent in-country external providers in Belgium and Luxembourg for the provision of outbound tele fundraising services for one (1) year with possible extensions of further period of two (2) times 12 months; in total a 3-year agreement, subject to satisfactory services.
• Phase 1 –1st February 2027 – 31 January 2028
• Phase 2 – 1st February 2028 – 31 January 2029
• Phase 3 – 1st February 2029 – 31 January 2030
Since most of donors are located within Belgium, we are seeking to appoint a service provider based in Belgium. However, the supplier will also be required to make calls to Luxembourg donors but considering small volumes.
