Description

UNICEF Supply Division – Service Contracting Centre is inviting qualified suppliers to submit their proposals for RFPS-NYH-2026-503973 for the provision of Consultancy Services – Data Governance Framework Design and Data Catalog System Implementation for UNICEF Supply Division.

This solicitation consists of the Request for Proposal for Services (RFPS) document and the following annexes:

  1. The UNICEF General Terms and Conditions of Contract (Services), attached as Annex A;
  2. The Terms of Reference, attached as Annex B, including Annexes B1 to B5;
  3. The Pricing Tables, attached as Annex C; and
  4. The Questions Template for submitting queries.

For ease of response, response documents are available in editable format, and respondents are encouraged to insert their answers directly into the documents. However, the requirements specified in the PDF version are binding, and any alteration or modification of these stated requirements will lead to disqualification of the proposal.

We request that interested proposers acknowledge their intention to participate by emailing Isabel Moles Poveda at imoles@unicef.org, with a copy to Isabel Arroyo Elhombre at iarroyo@unicef.org.

Proposers should carefully read and follow the instructions provided in the RFPS documents. Queries or clarifications concerning the RFPS should be submitted using the Questions Template provided, by email to the addresses mentioned above, citing the RFPS number. The deadline for submitting queries is 9 November 2026 at 23h59 CET (Copenhagen time).

Proposals should remain valid for a minimum of 180 days from the submission deadline.

Proposals should be sent exclusively to supplybid@unicef.org by no later than 23 November 2026 at 23h59 CET (Copenhagen time). Proposers should not copy or blind-copy any additional recipients in this email. Refer to the RFPS document – Instructions to Proposers for full details on proposal submission.

The Technical and Commercial Proposals must be sent as separate emails, and the Technical Proposal must not contain any pricing information. Each email, including attachments, should not exceed twenty-five (25) megabytes. However, proposers may divide their proposal into several email batches. Submissions via email links are not acceptable and will result in disqualification.
