Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO seeks a national external collaborator to provide research, policy analysis and stakeholder engagement inputs to support the preparation of the Gender Pay Gap Report for India. The assignment will complement the quantitative measurement and analysis of gender pay gaps being undertaken separately by the ILO. The ExColl will review and synthesise relevant Indian research and evidence; analyse national and selected state-level legal, policy and institutional frameworks; and map key government programmes and interventions relevant to the drivers of gender pay gaps. The ExColl will also undertake targeted consultations with government institutions, employers' and workers' organizations, sectoral bodies, researchers and other relevant stakeholders to document perspectives on the drivers of gender pay gaps, existing responses, implementation challenges and policy options. The findings will be synthesised as analytical and policy inputs to the overall Gender Pay Gap Report for India. The assignment is expected to require 20 working days between November 2026 and February 2027. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
