Provision of buidling infrastructure maintenance and repair services in MINUSCA operational locations in Bangui, Bouar, Paoua, Bossangoa, Kaga Bandoro, Bria, Briao, Ndele, Bangassou and Obo, Central African Republic

The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) hereby invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in an upcoming solicitation for the establishment of a long-term contract with 3+1+1-year duration for the "Provision of building Iinfrastructure maintenance and repair services in MINUSCA operational areas in the Central African Republic". Specific Requirements/Information English version: 1. MINUSCA is seeking to engage qualified companies that possess the resource capacity and necessary registration licences and permits required to undertake facilities maintenance and repair services in the Central African Republic (CAR). Joint ventures between suitable companies with technical expertise and resource capability is encouraged. 2. Companies will be expected to operate in various MINUSCA operational locations within the CAR namely, Plateaux (Bangui), Equateur (Bouar), Yade (Bossangoa), Kaga Bandoro, Fertit (Birao, Ndele) and Haut-Oubangui (Bangassou and Obo). 3. The services to be provided under the requirement includes operations, maintenance and repairs of building infrastructures; carpentry; masonry; metal works; painting and prefabricated structures operations, maintenance and repairs. 4. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. MINUSCA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. 5. Submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 6. The EOI, clearly marked as titled must be received by MINUSCA no later than Friday, 20 November 2026 at 16:00 hours Bangui local time.
