INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATIONS

Procurement of visibility materials for Independent Electoral Commission (IEC).

United Nations Development Progranmme (UNDP) hereby invites all interested and qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) visibility materials, in accordance with the attached technical specifications.

The procurement is divided into Lots as follows:

  1.   LOT 1 —IEC branded  Posters  (5000 pieces) - A3 Colour print
  2.  LOT 2 —IEC branded  Flyers  (5000 pieces) - A5 Colour print
  3.        LOT 3 —IEC branded  Flyers ( brail format) (1000 pieces) - A4 colour print

Suppliers may submit quotations for all Lots or for individual Lots of their choice. Quotations must strictly conform to the requirements outlined in the technical specifications for the respective Lot(s).

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one.
