The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Sub-Office Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, invites qualified solar PV contractors to make a firm offer for the design, BoQ, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, on a turnkey basis, of a Solar PV Hybrid Power System (solar PV with LiFePO₄ battery storage) at each of two Refugee Higher Education Centres (RHECs) in the Rohingya refugee camps, Cox’s Bazar.
