Description

UNICEF Uzbekistan invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the development and rollout of a Climate-Resilient WASH Planning, Budgeting, Operations and Technical Maintenance Training Manual, including related capacity-building activities in Uzbekistan, with an initial focus on Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions.

Proposal Submission Requirements

  • Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in two separate emails, with the subject lines clearly indicating the proposal type.

  • All attachments must be clearly labeled.

  • The Financial Proposal must be submitted in a non-editable, password-protected format.

  • Both emails must be sent exclusively to tashkentsupply@unicef.org by 10 November 2026, 18:00 (Tashkent time).

  • Proposals combining technical and financial documents in one email may be disqualified. Proposals sent or copied to any other email address will be disqualified.
