Deployment and operationalization of Open Concept Lab (OCL) for GDHCN and WHO SMART Guidelines

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to deploy, operationalize and support Open Concept Lab (OCL) as a  terminology service within WHO approved infrastructure and to contribute to the development of guidance and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for terminology services. The approved infrastructure would either be Azure or OpenStack, with preference for the later.
