RFQ for Banquet Services in Quetta on 17 to 20 November

The Hotel will provide following services on 17 to 20 November 2026: 1. Banquet Hall suitable for guaranteed 30 and expected 40 participants 2. Round Table seating arrangements with 5 participants on each table; or U-shape seating (will be decided later) 3. SMD Screen (minimum 10’ x 16’) with Sound System + 2 complementary cordless microphones 4. Zoon setup with 1 camera (on 19 and 20 November only) 5. Dedicated internet line (on 19 and 20 November only) 6. Podium with microphone 7. Necessary stationary, like Sticky Notes (3” x 6”) in 3 colors, note pads, pens, 10 x Flip Charts with stand, markers, soft mints etc. 8. Drinking water in GLASS bottes 330ml and/or 750ml, quantity as per need 9. Morning and Evening tea/coffee with snacks/cookies 10. Lunch with Buffet Meals in restaurant 11. Service staff 12. WiFi internet service 13. Generator and UPS power backup 14. Any relevant service required on spot
