Enterprise Intranet Platform

WIPO is seeking an off-the-shelf Enterprise Intranet Front-End solution to provide a modern, user-friendly and configurable digital workplace for its personnel. The solution should support content management, navigation, unified search, internal communications, and integration with WIPO's existing systems, particularly Microsoft SharePoint, which will serve as the primary content and records management platform. It must also meet WIPO's requirements for security, accessibility, performance and scalability. The scope of this tender is limited to the selection of the intranet front-end product. Implementation, configuration and deployment will be carried out by qualified implementation partners selected by WIPO. Bidders may propose implementation services as a separately priced optional offering. Further details on the requirements and expected deliverables are provided in the Terms of Reference.
