Description

UNHCR Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) MENA invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced companies registered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the provision of Event Project Management and Asset Production Services.

The required services include event planning and coordination, creative design, production and fabrication of modular and reusable fundraising booths and event assets, installation and dismantling, transportation, storage, maintenance and refurbishment.

Interested companies are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest in accordance with the requirements and instructions outlined in the REOI document.

Please note: This REOI is intended to identify suitable suppliers for potential participation in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) process. It does not constitute a solicitation for financial proposals or a commitment by UNHCR to award a contract.
