Description

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) MENA, invites qualified and experienced companies to submit proposals for the provision of web and mobile application development, maintenance and related technical support services.

The required services include the development, enhancement and maintenance of websites, mobile applications, donation platforms, content management systems (CMS), payment gateway integrations, APIs, and related digital solutions to support UNHCR's fundraising activities across the MENA region.

UNHCR intends to establish Frame Agreements with a primary and a backup service provider for an initial period of one (1) year, with the possibility of renewal for two additional one-year periods (1+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance.

Interested bidders are invited to review the RFP documents and submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the instructions and requirements outlined in the solicitation documents.
