Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will prepare and co-facilitate TRANSFORM training for CNAS focal points and partner institutions in Mozambique, covering Governance and Coordination and Shock-Responsive Social Protection (SRSP), including climate change, displacement and conflict sensitivity. The assignment includes reviewing, adapting and, where required, translating training materials into Portuguese; delivering the three-day training on 23–25 November 2026 in collaboration with the ILO team and a second TRANSFORM Master Trainer; and preparing a final analytical report with key findings, lessons learned and practical recommendations for future training in Portuguese. Please note that travel is required for this assignment. The necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
