This RFQ is addressed exclusively to hotels.
We kindly request interested Aqaba hotels to submit their quotation for the provision of a meeting room and related hotel services as per the following requirements:
Date: 11 & 12 of November 2026
Time: 09:00 – 17:00
Number of Participants: 30 participants (15 participants per day).
Meeting Room Set-up: round table
Equipment: Screen and projector
Water: Glass water bottles
Catering: two rich coffee break and lunch
Only quotations submitted directly by hotels will be considered.
