Description
This RFQ refers to the Procurement of Services for Provision of Consultancy & Logistics Services for Professional Development and Competence of SES Laboratory of Uzbekistan in compliance with ISO/IEC 17043:2023 requirements, consisting of 3 components: 
  • Component1: Organization of a Study Tour for 15 Sanepidcom specialists to Türkiye, ensuring their participation in practical training on ISO/IEC 17043:2023 and ISO 13528 at specialized organizations
  • Component 2: Organizational, translation, and editorial support for preparation under ISO/IEC 17043:2023, and organization of the visit of 4 international experts from Türkiye (Ulusal Gıda) to conduct practical training and methodological support for the pilot PT round across 7 parameters
  • Component 3: Organization of the TÜRKAK accreditation visit
At the time of Contract award, UNOPS Uzbekistan reserves the right to cancel Component 2 and/or Component 3 depending on fund availability, actual laboratory readiness, and Project needs without changing unit prices accepted). Laboratory readiness for Components 2 and 3 shall be confirmed in writing by SES prior to Contract award / activation of the respective Component
