SMD Screen with Sound System required on rental basis in Gujrat

An SMD of the size of 10’x16’ with a sound system and 3 cordless microphones, is required on rental on 2 alternative days in Gujrat, i.e., on 3-Nov at Swedish College of Engineering & Technology, Gujrat and on 3-Dec at Gujrat University, and then in Mandi Bahawaddin in December (date TBC). Please submit your proposal furnishing your best competitive PER DAY lump sum rate including the following services: 1. Required Size of the SMD is 10’ x 16’ 2. Sound system and 3 cordless microphones 3. Installation and de-installation of the system at the venue 4. Technical backup support during the event 5. Transportation to and from the venue
