Description

UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit bids for Assistive Technology (AT) equipment and accessories, IT equipment and accessories. Detailed specifications, quantities and submission requirements are provided in the attached ITB and Excel annexes.

IMPORTANT — Mandatory supplier and delivery requirements

Please review the following requirements before preparing your bid. Companies unable to meet these requirements for the products they offer should not bid for those products.

  • Laptops and interactive panels: Bidders must have manufacturer-authorized distributor status for the offered brands and provide documentary evidence with their bids. Products must carry the manufacturer’s warranty, valid in the Republic of Moldova, with local warranty service through an authorized service centre. A supplier’s own warranty alone is insufficient.

  • Interactive panels: Prices must include DDP delivery, wall mounting, all necessary mounting materials and consumables, installation and commissioning at 88 schools across Moldova, according to the distribution list.

  • Colour multifunction printers: Prices must include DDP delivery, installation and commissioning at 92 schools across Moldova, according to the distribution list.

  • All other physical goods: DDP delivery to one centralized location in Chisinau, as specified in the ITB.

  • Software licences: Electronic delivery, as specified in the ITB.

Panels and printers must be installed, operational and ready for use at the beneficiary schools. All applicable delivery, unloading, installation and commissioning costs must be included in the quoted prices.

Partial bids are accepted for one or more complete product lines listed in the Excel Price Proposal Form (Annex C).

Closing date: 08 November 2026, 23:59 EET (Chisinau time).

How to apply: Submit your bid by email only to chisinautenders@unicef.org, with the subject “LITB-2026-9206663”. Include the signed Bid Form, completed Excel Price Proposal Form (Annex C), technical offer and all supporting documents required by the ITB.

Attach the bid documents directly to the email. Links to external file-sharing platforms are not accepted. Maximum email size: 20 MB per transmission.
