Call for External Collaborator – National/Local Consultant, Training in Labour-Based Methods for Road Maintenance, RMRRIP Saint Vincent and the Grenadines – ILO Decent Work Team and Office for the Caribbean

The National/Local Consultant will support an ILO assignment, financed through the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) under the Road Management and Rural Roads Improvement Programme (RMRRIP), to strengthen the institutional and operational capacity of MTIPP, BRAGSA, small contractors and community groups in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to implement labour-based road maintenance. Working under the technical direction of an International Consultant (Team Leader), the National Consultant will contribute local expertise to the training needs assessment, contextualise the training manual and materials, and co-facilitate in-person training to MTIPP/BRAGSA, small-scale contractors and community groups, over a three-month assignment.
