The International Telecommunication Union (‘’ITU’’) is pleased to invite qualified companies to submit a Proposal for the provision of PLATiA Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure and AI Regulatory Technical Inputs - Dominican Republic (Pilot RD-03). The selected Bidder will provide expertise, technical support, and consultative guidance, as further described in Annex I - Terms of Reference.
