Description of the Assignment:  National Geographic Information System (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) Expert

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): maximum 2 months

Proposal should be submitted either directly in the portal or through physical submission of the electronic files on a USB flash drive, CD, or DVD enclosed in a sealed envelope. Submission through the Quantum system is recommended for all bidders.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal or through UNDP Procurement Unit official email address at procurement.ir@undp.org. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.

If using Quantum, please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
