Offsite Storage of United Nations records

The United Nations (UN) if requesting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the provision of offsite storage services for its records. This will result in a long-term contract for two (2) years with an option of two additional three (3) year extensions. In total the contract duration is 8 years. UN offices and missions around the world regularly transfer records to its Headquarters (UNHQ) in New York City. Interested vendors should have the capacity of receiving and processing such shipments from overseas. Vendors will be required to send UN records from their offsite storage facility to UNHQ in New York City as needed, provide on-demand digitization services, and provide secure records’ destruction as requested. Vendors expressing interest must be registered with United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org - kindly make sure that select to register with UNS - United Nations Secretariat) so that they can particpate in the Request for Proposal at a later stage.
