Expression of Interest for the Supply and Delivery of Automotive Tires, Automotive Consumables, and Lubricants.

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking for potential vendors for its requirement for the Supply and Delivery of Automotive Tires, Automotive Consumables, and Lubricants. The intended initial period of the resulting contract is one (1) year with an option for two (2) additional 1-year extensions (1+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance by the prospective Contractor and continued validity of the UNAMA service requirement and extension of the UNAMA’s mandate. . The contract shall be implemented on an “as-and-when-required” basis, where UNAMA will issue Purchase Orders for specific requirements during the contract period. Delivery shall be on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, INCOTERMS® 2020, to UNAMA-designated delivery locations, including the UNOCA Compound, Kabul. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Bidders should express intereste to this EOI electronically. The bid package with the details for the requirement, including the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Statement of Requirement (SOR) and the Technical Evaluation Criteria (TEC) will be provided after the closing of the EOI and during the solicitation stage.
