National Consultant/Local expert for MTR Biodiversity Governance Project in CV

UNDP Cabo Verde is seeking a National Consultant/Local expert to support the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the GEF-funded project “Strengthening Biodiversity Governance Systems for the Sustainable Management of Living Natural Resources in Cabo Verde”.

The assignment will contribute to assessing project progress, identifying lessons learned and challenges, and providing recommendations to strengthen implementation and achievement of project results.

Description of the Assignment:  National Evaluator/Team Expert for Mid-Term Review of the GEF-Finance Biodiversity Governance Project in Cabo Verde

Period of assignment/services:  [insert period]60 workdays between November 2026 and January 2027 (with field mission to Cabo Verde - Santiago, Boa Vista, Santo Antão).

Disqualification / Rejection of Offers:

• Offers not submitted through Quantum, or submitted using incorrect credentials, will be disqualified.
• For Individual Contract requirements, applicants must submit offers using their personal Quantum vendor profile and credentials. Offers submitted under a company profile or company name will be rejected.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
