Engagement of a firm for the Design and Production of SBC Materials (Drafts and Final Version) for Advancing Health Services for Integrated SRHR and Communicable Disease Project

Dear Proposers,

The World Health Organization, hereinafter referred to as WHO, hereby invites prospective Proposers to submit a proposal in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, please:

1. Acknowledge receipt of this RFP by completing and returning the Letter of Intent form in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a proposal or not, no later than Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
2. Submit any requests for clarification no later than Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
3. Prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this RFP and submit it no later than Wednesday, November 4, 2026.

All WHO vendors are required to comply with the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct. We encourage all Proposers to join the United Nations Global Compact and support the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEP).
