Call for External Collaborator – National Senior Governance Expert for GFJTU Constitutional and Bylaw Reform within the General Federation of Jordanian Trade Unions (GFJTU)

The National Senior Governance Expert will provide technical leadership for a participatory review of GFJTU's constitutional and regulatory framework. The assignment includes an ILS-aligned diagnostic review, consultations with GFJTU and affiliated unions, preparation of revised constitutional provisions and a Model Bylaw Framework, facilitation of validation and governance deliberations, preparation of a consolidated reform package, and targeted support to policy dialogue and learning activities.
