Call for External Collaborator - National Expert on Agricultural Workers’ Organization and Representation

The National Expert on Agricultural Workers’ Organization and Representation will provide technical support to strengthen agricultural workers’ organization and representation in Jordan. The assignment covers policy advocacy and dialogue, review and revitalization of national and regional committees, updating the committee database and National Committee workplan, strengthening the representation mechanism with GFJTU and GTUWAFI, capacity building and mentoring, technical guidance to committee-led workplace and community outreach, and monitoring, learning and sustainability support. The expert will be contracted by the ILO in coordination with GFJTU and will work closely with GTUWAFI, agricultural workers’ committees and the project Outreach and Logistics Officers.
