Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: STREAM is a global ILO programme supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), extending rights-based social protection coverage to migrant workers across the South Asia–GCC corridor. Knowledge production and mobilization are central to the programme’s strategy for shaping policy reform, institutional strengthening and public dialogue. ILO is seeking an external collaborator to lead and coordinate STREAM’s 2027 research and evidence agenda, acting as technical anchor for an oral history research partnership with a GCC university, technical supervision of worker surveys across the corridor, the “Voices and Insights” knowledge series, and coordination with the Knowledge Network Hub. The collaborator will ensure rigorous, gender-responsive evidence that feeds directly into policy dialogue and informs STREAM’s ongoing implementation. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
