Engagement of an Institutional Firm for Rapid LGU Budget Research, Budget Advocacy Learning Package Development, and CSO Capacity Building for HPV Vaccination and Rotavirus Immunization Financing


A Pre-proposal Conference will be conducted onsite and via Zoom on 26 October 20216, at 1:30 P.M. (Manila Time) at 15th floor, Conference Room G. Pecson at the UNDP Philippines Country Office, 15th Floor, North Tower, Rockwell Business Center Sheridan, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

to procurement.ph@undp.org  with the following details:

• UNDP-PHL-01053: Budget advocacy Firm
• Company name
• Company address
• Name, email address, and mobile number of the representative(s)

Due to space constraints, a maximum of three (3) representatives per company 
will be allowed.

A Zoom meeting link will be provided to those who will confirm online attendance.

The procurement unit will disseminate minutes of the Pre-proposal conference through the following channels:

• Quantum ERP; and/or
• Direct communication to prospective Bidders by email


Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
