Description
The ILO is seeking an external collaborator with demonstrated expertise in the informal sector and informal work to support the National Institute of Statistics of Angola (INE) in the analysis and validation of results from the Informal Sector Survey (ISI 2026).
The assignment, planned for November 2026 to March 2027, will cover review and validation of the ISI tabulation plan; analysis and validation of key indicators on the informal sector, informal employment and informal work; analysis of informal economic units and workers; preparation of methodological and analytical reports; assessment of the coherence and quality of results; and capacity building for the INE technical team.
The work should be consistent with relevant 19th, 20th and 21st ICLS standards and contribute to technically sound final ISI outputs.
