Description

Procurement Title: Supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of four (4) Double Gothic Arch greenhouses with roof ridge ventilation, including all associated structural, irrigation, fertigation, water storage, and ancillary components

Contract duration: shall be completed within four (4) months of contract signature.

Site: Old Guallette River Playing Field (where the solar park is located), Kalinago Territory, Commonwealth of Dominica

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: To supply, deliver, install, test, commission, and hand over four (4) fully operational Double Gothic Arch greenhouses with roof ridge ventilation, including all associated structural, irrigation, fertigation, water storage, and ancillary components, at the Old Guallette River Playing Field (where the solar park is located), Kalinago Territory, in full compliance with the requirements set forth in Annex 1: Schedule of Requirements.


A Pre-Bid Site Visit may be arranged on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Dominica local time), subject to sufficient interest from prospective bidders.

Bidders interested in participating are requested to confirm their intention to attend no later than Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. (Dominica local time), using the Messaging function in Quantum or by sending an email to procurement.rblac.regionalhub@undp.org.
