Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The External Collaborator will conduct the internal cluster Midterm Evaluation of the EU-funded Supporting a Talent Partnership with Bangladesh project and the related Talent Partnership interventions supported under the Skills21 project’s extension. The assignment will include a desk review, development of the evaluation methodology and tools, stakeholder consultations in Bangladesh and with relevant European stakeholders, a five-working-day mission to Bangladesh, analysis of findings, stakeholder debriefing, and preparation of the inception report, draft evaluation report, final evaluation report and evaluation summary. The evaluation will assess relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability, including progress towards results, implementation constraints, and prospects for sustaining key results.
