WIPO requires the services of a qualified supplier for the design, delivery and evaluation of Executive Leadership Training program that reflect organizational priorities, leadership challenges, and evolving expectations in the global intellectual property environment. The program should equip WIPO leaders with the competencies, mindsets and tools required to lead effectively in an increasingly complex environment and reflect modern leadership approaches, including adaptive leadership, innovation, decision-making, conflict resolution and collaboration in an IP- and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled context.
