Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO STREAM Programme seeks a qualified external collaborator to develop and support implementation of a partner-led Knowledge Uptake, Communication and Digital Engagement Strategy across the South Asia–Gulf corridor. The ExColl will undertake a focused review of knowledge products, facilitate broad partner consultations and a joint dissemination network, develop and validate a practical strategy, coordinate partner commitments and campaigns, oversee the development and delivery of priority multimedia awareness materials, advise on feasible digital engagement and track implementation and uptake. The assignment requires strong stakeholder facilitation and coordination, strategic communications, multimedia production oversight and gender-responsive outreach experience.
