Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Organization (ILO) and the National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) have collaboratively progressed the actuarial valuation of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) as at 31 December 2025. To support the dissemination of the report findings, it is proposed to progress the actuarial valuation report (approximately 90 pages) to full publication and printing. The report will therefore be disseminated via physical and virtual distribution. The report once published will also serve as a technical body of knowledge to assist regional national health insurance schemes to shape their financial sustainability interventions. The report will be accompanied by a Media Brief package (4 pages) summarizing the highlight recommendation findings, for dissemination to media fraternity as well as publication in the local newspapers. The ILO therefore seeks the service of a Graphic Design Consultant to provide report formatting, graphic design and layout services of the NHIS Actuarial Valuation Report of 31 December 2025, as well as the Media Brief package. The Graphic Design Consultant is required to provide the following 1) Formatting the NHIS Actuarial Report (approximately 90 pages) to enhance readability and presentation, inclusive of re-design of select graphics, re-sizing and re-positioning of select tables and graphs, ensuring the consistency of table of contents and reference tables to deliver a final outcome consistent with the ILO Publication Standards.; 2) Design of the NHIS Actuarial Report front and back covers; 3) Formatting and design of select graphics, tables and graphs, of the NHIS media Brief package; Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
