Greetings From IOM SCU Syria!

 

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) kindly request your support in providing a financial offer for Provision of Safe and Practical Accommodation and Catering Services on Long-Term Agreement Basis in Syria in Syrian Pounds (SYP New Currency) for the requested services. In accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ).

 

This Request for Quotation comprises the following documents:

Section 1: This request letter

Section 2: RFQ Instructions and Data

Annex 1: Terms of Reference (ToR)

Annex 2: Quotation Submission Form

Annex 3: Technical and Financial Offer

Annex 4: Evaluation Criteria

Annex A: Vendor Information Sheet

Annex B: Price Schedule

Annex C: Model Long Term Agreement

 

Kindly also note the following:

  • Submission deadline: 1 November 2026.
  • Please ensure that the quotation is duly completed, signed, and stamped, and includes all relevant costs, taxes, and other charges, as applicable.
  • The PO and contract will be issued in SYP (new currency).
  • All bank transfer fees will be borne entirely by the vendor.
  • In the event of award, suppliers who hold an international bank account registered under the same ownership may be eligible to receive payments in USD via bank transfer.
  • Payment requires an average period of 30 days, and it may take longer if the process involves registering the supplier on the system for the first time.

 

For the new vendors, kindly provide us with the following documentations:

  • A valid business license & Bank Certificate.
  • Kindly fill and sign the attached Declaration of conformity document.
  • Kindly fill and sign the attached the Code of Conduct for Suppliers.
  • Kindly fill and sign the attached Vendor information sheet.

 

We would appreciate receiving your revised offer by the specified deadline.
