Establishment of Long-Term Agreement for the Provision of Multimedia Services

To support ongoing and upcoming communication needs, UNDP requires professional multimedia services, including video production, to document programme activities, produce compelling storytelling content, and ensure consistent, high-quality visual materials aligned with the UNDP brand guidelines.

To ensure timely and uninterrupted service delivery, UNDP Ukraine is establishing a pool of qualified suppliers through a Long-Term Agreement (LTA). The services will be procured under the following lots:

Lot 1 – Video Production – up to 3 contractors

Lot 2 – Online Video Courses Production – up to 3 contractors

Contractors may apply for one or multiple lots, provided they demonstrate the required qualifications, experience and technical capacity for each lot.

The primary objective of this assignment is to provide professional multimedia production services, including video production services and online video courses production to support UNDP communications, advocacy, and visibility efforts.

The selected contractors will produce high-quality visual and multimedia content, including concept development, filming, editing, post-production and photography materials, to effectively document UNDP programme activities and communicate results.
