Description
The International Labour Office (ILO) seeks an External Collaborator to support the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) in digitizing Pre-Departure Orientation and Training (PDOT) content and assessments into an accessible, learner-centred, scalable online platform. This will enable prospective migrant workers to gain essential knowledge and competencies through self-paced learning, assessment, and certification. The assignment aims to: · Provide technical guidance to Subject Matter Experts (NITA) and PDOT practitioners during content-development workshops. Support the transformation of existing materials into engaging digital resources by advising on structure, learning outcomes, interactive activities, adult-learning principles, and adaptation for self-paced online delivery, while ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with PDOT objectives. · Offer e-instructional design guidance for embedding the digitized content in the NITA Learning Management System (LMS). Advise on learning pathways, user experience, multimedia integration, assessment design, accessibility, and engagement strategies to ensure LMS compatibility and seamless navigation, tracking, assessment, and certification. · Support the roll-out and operationalization of the digitized PDOT programme, including testing, learner onboarding, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Document lessons learned from the pilot to guide further scaling and system improvements.
