ESTABLISHMENT OF FRAME AGREEMENT(S) FOR THE PROVISION OF ESA REGIONAL ROAD FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Regional Bureau for Eastern and Southern Africa (RBESA), invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of road freight forwarding services.

UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with an initial duration of two (2) years, potentially
extendable for a further 2 periods of 1 year each (2 + 1 + 1 years), for supplying its operations in the region. The successful bidders will be requested to adhere to the price model in line with the provisions/guidelines provided in the Terms of Reference and the financial offer form for the duration of the Frame Agreement(s).
