Description
UNOPS invites interested solution providers to participate in market consultation concerning the establishment of a cyclotron and radiopharmaceutical production facility at the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology (RSSPMCOR) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The envisaged requirement comprises workflow and workforce planning; facility design and design-related support during construction; equipment manufacture, registration, staged delivery, installation, testing and commissioning; initial training; and a subsequent 12-month period of operating, maintenance and training support. Building construction will be procured separately.
Through this Request for Information (RFI), UNOPS seeks feedback on the preliminary scope, technical feasibility, allocation of responsibilities, implementation timelines, proposed commercial arrangements, indicative costs and opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership while achieving the intended clinical and service outcomes.
Respondents are requested to review the attached documents and submit the completed RFI Returnable Form, or an equivalent clearly structured response, together with relevant supporting information.
This RFI is for market research and planning purposes only. It does not constitute an invitation to submit a binding offer and will not result in a contract award or supplier prequalification.
