Establishment of Long-Term Arrangement-Services (abbrev. LLTS) for Provision of Third Party Logistical (3PL) services for UNICEF PNG

Dear Sir/Madam, 

Greetings from UNICEF. 

We cordially invite you/your organisation/your company to submit your Technical & Financial Proposals for the: 

Establishment of Long Term Arrangement-Services (LTAs) for Provision of Third Party Logistical (3PL) services for UNICEF PNG

This requirement seeks to establish one or more Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs), with subsequent contracts for third-party logistics services, including but not limited to:

(1) Customs Clearance/Brokerage,

(2) Domestic and International Forwarding/Distribution, and

(3) Warehousing services (Port Moresby and Lae). The LTAs will be established for an initial period of two (2) years, with a possible extension of one (1) additional year, subject to satisfactory performance and UNICEF requirements.

The resulting LLTS(s) may be made available to other United Nations agencies, where required.

1. LRPS-2026-9206717 contains the Bid Submission Instructions. Please read it carefully before submitting your bid.

• Annex B – Price Schedule (3PL LTA)
• Annex C – Terms of Reference (TOR)
• Annex D – Evaluation Criteria

Important Submission Requirements

• Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted separately to the designated email address.

• The Technical Proposal must not contain any pricing or financial information.

• Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be considered or opened.
