ESTABLISHMENT OF A CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF MINOR CONSTRUCTION, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF BUILDINGS AND INFRASTRUCTURES AT UNDOF POSITIONS (CAMPS) , GOLAN HEIGHT, SYRIA

The United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) intends to establish a one (1) year contract with possible extension of two (2) additional periods of up to one (1) year each (1+1), for the provision of minor construction, repair and maintenance of buildings and infrastructures at UNDOF Positions (Camps), Golan Height, Syria on an “as and when required” basis upon receipt of task orders. The United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide engineering services to construct, repair and maintain buildings and infrastructures at UNDOF Positions (camps) in Golan Height, Syria. The works items include building elements/ civil and architectural items, infrastructures required for accommodation and office camps such as road items, drainage items, walls etc. including water supply/ plumbing items. The work may be discrete items to repair or combining some items to create a package for construction of a small building or infrastructure. NOTE: This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNDOF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee that such company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only those prospective companies that are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission will receive the final Solicitation Documents
