The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Bangladesh Operation (Cox’s Bazar), invites qualified suppliers to submit their quotations for the provision of delivery service under Delivered at Place (DAP) or Cost and Freight (CFR) Incoterms for exporting fifty-one (51) light vehicles from Cox’s Bazar to either Jebel Ali, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, or Moerdijk, the Netherlands as fully detailed in the attached Annexes
