Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Training for a Fully Automatic Car Wash Machine for UNDOF at Camp Faouar, Quneitra, Syria

The United Nations Disengagement Observer Force in Golan Heights (UNDOF) will shortly issue a solicitation for purchasing of a Fully Automatic Car Wash Machine. The Car Wash Machine must be capable of cleaning UN passenger vehicles, SUVs, Vans, and light trucks safely and efficiently. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and technical expertise necessary to: 1. Supply a new fully automatic car wash machine. 2. Deliver the equipment to UNDOF Camp Faour, Syria. 3. Conduct site assessment prior to installation. 4. Install the complete system including all electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components. 5. Connect the system to existing utility services or provide all required accessories for proper operation. 6. Perform testing and commissioning of the system. 7. Provide operational and maintenance training to designated UNDOF personnel. 8. Supply operation manuals, maintenance manuals, and spare parts catalogs in English. 9. Provide warranty and after-sales support. NOTE: This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNDOF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee that such company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only those prospective companies that are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission will receive the final Solicitation Documents.
