Provision of Office Renovation and Associated Works for KVAC Ulaanbaatar

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Mongolia invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the provision of office renovation and fit-out works at the Korea Visa Application Centre (KVAC) in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The works include office space reconfiguration, installation and relocation of service counters and workstations, electrical works, network and LAN cabling, construction of additional toilet facilities, and associated finishing, testing, cleaning, and handover activities in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The objective of the project is to increase the operational capacity, efficiency, and functionality of the KVAC office in preparation for the anticipated increase in applicants and visitors from 2027.
