Request for expression of Interest of Contractors for 4 LOTs of frequently procured by UNICEF and UNICEF partners items (Stationary, Visibility, ICT Equipment, Office furniture)
Dear Suppliers,
UNICEF is pleased to announce a Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for suppliers/contractors capable of supplying items under the following four (4) lots:
- Stationery
- Visibility items
- ICT equipment
- Office furniture
Suppliers that are able to provide any of the listed items in Ukraine are kindly invited to complete the attached form and provide prices only for the items they are able to supply. Please indicate prices excluding delivery costs.
The purpose of this REOI is to conduct a market survey and identify potential suppliers for the listed categories who may be invited to participate in future tender opportunities.
Where an item description is limited or general, suppliers are welcome to propose available alternatives with different specifications and provide the corresponding prices.

The tender incorporates contract conditions/ KPIs that stipulate the verification of suppliers' environmental and social claims through “spot checks” and audit provisions.
