Help Advance Plastic Recycling in Puerto Princesa City

UNDP Philippines invites qualified manufacturers, equipment suppliers and system integrators to submit quotations for RFQ UNDP-PHL-01049: Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and After-Sales Support of a Containerized Plastic Micro-Recycling Facility in Puerto Princesa City.

Under the EU–PH Green Economy Partnership: Green LGUs Project, this procurement will help the City recover suitable plastics and convert them into useful plastic lumber and planks, supporting waste diversion and local circular-economy initiatives.

We welcome competitive offers for an integrated facility housed in two interconnected 20-foot containers, covering plastic preparation, washing, drying, extrusion, forming and cooling, together with the installation, training, warranty and technical support specified in the RFQ.

Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to join the pre-bid conference on 29 October 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (Manila time) at the City ENRO Conference Room, 3F New Green City Hall, Sta. Monica, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines.

The conference will be followed immediately by a guided site inspection at the Irawan Material Recovery Facility, Irawan, Puerto Princesa City. These activities will help bidders clarify the requirements and understand the installation site and delivery arrangements.

Attendance is not mandatory but strongly recommended. Please confirm participation before 27 October 2026 by emailing procurement.ph@undp.org, providing the company name and address, representatives’ names, email addresses and mobile numbers. Each bidder may nominate up to four representatives.
