Vehicle Rental Services with Driver: 18–23 October 2026 (Windhoek Namibia) The International Labour Organization (ILO) invites qualified and reputable transport service providers to submit quotations for the provision of one (1) Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) with a professional driver for the period 18–23 October 2026. The preferred vehicle is a Toyota Fortuner or equivalent, in good mechanical and operational condition and suitable for the intended travel requirements. Scope of Service: The service provider shall provide the vehicle together with a qualified and experienced driver who will accompany and transport the passengers throughout the rental period. The driver will be responsible for daily pick-ups and drop-offs of the passengers in accordance with the schedule and locations communicated by the ILO. The service provider and driver should therefore be prepared for daily travel and reasonable flexibility in departure and return times throughout the assignment. Quotation Requirements: Bidders are requested to provide an all-inclusive quotation covering the full rental period. The quoted price shall include: Rental of one (1) SUV, preferably a Toyota Fortuner or equivalent; Unlimited mileage for the entire rental period, with no additional kilometre or mileage charges; Services of a qualified and experienced driver for the duration of the assignment; All fuel costs required for the assignment; Driver accommodation and meals/daily subsistence costs for the duration of the assignment. The ILO will not separately reimburse fuel, driver accommodation, meals, mileage, or other related operational expenses. Bidders should therefore ensure that all such costs are fully incorporated into their financial quotation. The selected service provider shall ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, clean, properly maintained, insured, and available for the full duration of the assignment.
